Jal-Kar

The name given to the race that came about after the war, the combination of Jura and T'Karian. Their looks, sizes, and everything very as much, if not more that, the T'Karians themselves. Some can retain more human attributes, other more T'Karian, depending on what their parents were. After the war, this breed was looked down upon, and for years had a hard time being accteped into any culture, (more so by the Jura than the T'Karians). Even now there are those that do not accept the Jal-Kar as equals, even though the breed has grown to the same size as the T'Karians.
Because of their mix, life span can very from one to another, though since both races (T'Karian and Jura) bear their children by live birth, that remines the same. Although, almost all female Jal-Kar have mamory glands.
